Chiedza Chenyika Organisation in Mutare educating women on business accounting

As Chiedza Chenyika Organisation we recently held a successful meeting in Mutare, Zimbabwe, in which we educated women on business accounting. The aim of this meeting was to empower women and promote entrepreneurship, thereby removing the dependency syndrome prevalent in the country. The women were provided with exercise books and were trained on how to maintain business accounts.

Financial Literacy Workshop

The Chiedza Chenyika Organisation recently organized a training session aimed at empowering women and supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the production of various household products. The training focused on teaching women how to make yoghurt, pine gel, cobra, and green bar soap. Chinyaradzo Children’s home is a home in Highfield housing children 18 years and below. We paid the home a visit had a chat on various aspects and donated Clothes. The children are in need of support in terms of school fees, food assistance and clothing. Lets rise and support our children, brothers and sisters.

Promoting healthy lives through detergent making (skills training). Detergents are very essential for our personal hygiene. Women were taught the cordial drink making process. Women should rise and prevent the spread of infectious diseases, help children lead long and healthy lives, be economically empowered and be financially independent.

Social and economic empowerment for women can have far-reaching consequences, not only for individual women, but for entire communities and societies. At Chiedza Chenyika Organization, we are working with the theme of “Lets empower women and change the world,” as we provide financial and skills training to women in Mwedzi Village. We believe that by equipping women with the tools they need to succeed, we can make a positive difference in the lives of women, families, and communities.

Chiedza Chenyika Organisation believes that women are the real architects of society and in respect of the women’s month the organisation took the opportunity to visit Melfort park community for the Women empowerment project and managed to provide financial literacy training,free interest microfinance loans as well as skills training.

Microfinance loan program

Chiedza Chenyika Organisation and Ketaaketi visited Eastview Caledonia today to empower another group of women in this area through the microfinance interest-free loans. The facilitation was graced by Markus and Sabina Schopp our partners from Ketaaketi in Germany. The goal of this initiative is always to help women start and sustain businesses, increasing their economic independence and improving their overall quality of life.
The program has been a success, and the women have expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to gain financial literacy and support their families. With the resources provided, they are able to take charge of their own futures and create a better life for themselves and their loved ones.

Microfinance loan program

Providing microfinance interest-free loans to 10 women! This initiative is a significant step towards women empowerment, allowing them to start their own initiatives and improve their livelihoods. We’re grateful for the support of Goromonzi District Office representatives and community leaders, who helped make this launch a success
